The Dynamic 2.5 Health Hoop weights 2,5 kg and has got a diameter of 108 cm.
The Dynamic 2.5 Health Hoop increases the intenseness of the exercise not just by a higher weight, he also activate the massage- and magnets-effect by his double series a total of 72 acupuncture balls!
The Dynamic 2.5 Health Hoop is also featured with elastic balls to prevent the hoop from going downward during exercise.
Compared to the former exemplar the air-cushioning-technology has been improved for a pleasing training.
Assembly
Put the separate parts together. The parts are non-switched if you hear a “click”- sound. The order of the colors is arbitrary!
The size of our Health Hoops is adjustable.
You can change the size of our Health Hoops by putting just 7 or 9 parts (extra order) together. It will be still a loop.
At least you have to put 7 parts together to work-out.
Dismantling
Hold with each of your hands one part of the Health Hoop!
Push with your thumb the little button down and pull with the other hand the other part out!
Advices and warnings
1. Be careful not to collide with people or objects around you during exercise.
2. Pregnant women and also physical unstable people are not allowed to use Health Hoop!
3. Because of the magnetic effect, persons having any medical conditions should first consult a physical before using!
4. Do not disassemble the air-cushioning!
