1. How secure is your order?
Your order is perfectly secure. We return the money if you are not satisfied with the quality of the items you ordered from our Online Shop. You can return the items within 14 days of their receipt provided that they are in an unused condition. The total cost of the items will be compensated, except for the postal charges and bank fees.
Your confidentiality is protected. We will never share your information with third parties.
2. How do I pay for the items I have ordered?
2.1 Direct payment – you will pay for the items plus delivery and tariffs of Omniva to our settlement account upon receiving the invoice. The invoice will be sent to your e-mail address from which the order was placed.
2.2 Payment on delivery – you will pay for the items you have ordered upon their receipt directly in your local post office or to the mail courier. In that case a bank fee of 3% of the order will be added to the total amount – for the transfer made by Eesti Post to our settlement account.
3. When will I receive the items I have ordered?
If the items you ordered are in stock, they will be delivered to you within 2-3 days of the date of the placing of order or the payment. After sending the order you will receive a confirmation by e-mail with all the details of the order.
If the items you ordered are out of stock (and cannot be delivered in time), we will call you when they arrive, using the contact information you provided when placing the order.
4. How do you deliver the items?
The items ordered from the Online Shop Lerson OÜ are delivered by Eesti Post. Delivery cost is calculated according to the tariffs of Omniva service.
5. How do I know whether my order has been accepted?
