The Dynamic Health Hoop S 1,6 kg is equipped with 48 magnets, which give a massage-effect around your abdomen and waist area during the work-out.
Dynamic Health Hoop S 1,6 kg is different from Magnetic Health Hoop. It consists of a higher weight and also in the air-cushioning-technology.
His elastic balls cling better to the body during exercise and prevent the hoop from going downward during exercise.
Assembly
Put the separate parts together. The parts are non-switched if you hear a “click”- sound. The order of the colors is arbitrary!
The size of our Health Hoops is adjustable.
You can change the size of our Health Hoops by putting just 7 or 9 parts (extra order) together. It will be still a loop.
At least you have to put 7 parts together to work-out.
Dismantling
Hold with each of your hands one part of the Health Hoop!
Push with your thumb the little button down and pull with the other hand the other part out!
Advices and warnings
1. Be careful not to collide with people or objects around you during exercise.
2. Pregnant women and also physical unstable people are not allowed to use Health Hoop!
3. Because of the magnetic effect, persons having any medical conditions should first consult a physical before using!
4. Do not disassemble the air-cushioning!
