10 AUTOMATIC PROGRAMS

Being guided by culinary techniques, used by professional chefs, Redmond engineers created a unique kitchen appliance, which can control both - cooking time and temperature, setting the best cooking program depending on the product and the method of cooking used. RMC-M20 features 10 automatic cooking programs for each kind of a product.

For your convenience, all the programs are named according to the cooking method used.

Steaming” program with the feature of manual time setting from 30 minutes to 2 hours can be used to cook low-fat meals out of meat, fish and poultry, cutlets and various garnishes. This is the best program for those who prefer healthy food and avoid food additives.

Milk porridge” program, featuring an option of manual time setting, is for making milk porridges out of various sorts of grain.

Buckwheat” program with the approximate cooking time of 35 minutes is meant for cooking buckwheat, both – porridge and garnish.

Soup” program with the option of manually setting the time from 1 to 4,5 hours is used to make soup, broth, cream soup or various drinks and compotes.

Frying” program will offer you assistance in cooking your favorite dishes like stakes, beefsteaks and meat chops. It will fry the meat or fish deliciously without having burned sides or oil stains all over your kitchen.

Rice/Grain” program, with the approximate cooking time of 50-60 minutes, is used to make various garnishes out of rice or any other kind of grain.

Pilaw” program (approximate cooking time 50 - 60 minutes) is to make meat, fish, chicken or seafood pilaw.

Stewing” program features the manual time setting range from 1 to 12 hours and is being used for cooking low-fat meals, garnishes or jellied meat.

Baking” program with the approximate cooking time of 50 minutes is to make cakes, biscuits vegetable and cottage cheese baked puddings and omelets.

Yogurt” program is used to prepare homemade yogurts and for dough proofing.

Technologies, used in Redmond’s multicooker RMC-M20, give you certain temperature setting for each dish. The microprocessor management, featured by the appliance, carefully controls the process of heating, preserving the vitamin and mineral content of a cooked product.

WARMING UP PROGRAM

Warming up program (25 minutes) allows warming up a cooked meal.

THE FUNCTION OF KEEPING THE MEAL WARM (KEEP WARM FUNCTION)

Redmond’s RMC-M20 features the function of keeping the cooked meal warm (keep warm function), which allows your supper or dinner to stay warm for a longer period of time. But we advise you keep in mind, that its prolonged usage might cause the food getting dry.

DELAYED START FUNCTION

The function of a delayed start allows starting the cooking process by certain time with a delay of 24 hours. Simply set the timer and your meal will be ready by breakfast or by the time of your friend’s visit.
